The carpet in my room was a gross grey-brown mess that looked filthy. It desperately needed replacing. Plus, the bed was two twins pushed together, creating an uncomfortable ridge. I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep at all.

They gave us a studio suite with big spa bath. The hotel had a central setting convenient to other shops nearby.

I had a pretty good stay! The location was perfect, super close to cafes and attractions, making it easy to explore. The staff were really friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome. The room was clean and cozy, and I loved having the dark-out curtains for a good night's sleep. Plus, the spa bath was a nice touch and really relaxing!

. The noise from neighboring rooms was a bit distracting; I could hear them making a cuppa! the bed could use some improvement—my partner, who’s over 6ft, felt cramped. Lastly, they kept knocking for room service even when we declined, which was a bit annoying.

The stuff was pleasant & accommodating. I had new-fashioned and stylish room with king bed. It had very central location close to Victoria Street. On top of that, entertainment venues and casinos where walking distance to the property.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city, and the staff were friendly and cute. While the room could use some updates, the shower was impressively strong, and the kitchenette had all the essentials. A cozy spot for a short stay with a few quirks.

Everything in this hotel was perfect: stunning location and welcoming staff. The venue was placed 0.5 miles away from the airport. Our whole experience was great, strongly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at the Bellano. the owners were welcoming and understanding. My room was not only cozy but also spotless, which I appreciated. It was a chilly evening, yet the room was warm and inviting. The option for late check-in and check-out made my schedule so much easier. it was a fantastic experience that I would love to relive again!
